In my opinion, this company will not deliver services promised, but will definitely hit you with a bill.
Awful people appraiser said he didn’t believe in the current house values personally and he was not going to follow the market trend. He appraised 30k under asking and 20k under agreed price. Then pretended like he was going to adjust and only delayed report. Till just a few days prior to closing. Awful awful company.
