Arrogant. Unfriendly. Cause of them my dad has more problems with his eyes.
Here's what's said, this is based off a PHONE CALL. The operator (Older gentleman) literally had the audacity to say to me "we are too busy and do not want any more business, we've been thinking about telling providers to stop sending their patients here." Um? What??? I'm sure the CFO of this facility would be absolutely dazzled to hear a phone operator is making financial decisions and turning away business on behalf of the whole facility. Receptionist is rude. Was just thrilled to tell me I couldn’t get an appointment for a month. Snotty attitude.
