We have a commercial auto policy with them and this is by far the worst customer service I have ever had with an insurance company. They take my payments, provided me with insurance ID and I have a policy when I go online(which I log into). I needed to change the address on my policy and report a glass only claim BUT I was informed that I am not the primary on the insurance for the company that I own.
