Geico is a Horrible company, Beware of ever "working with" this company. Don't let them record anything, what you say WILL be used against you!! Purchase Dashcams before it is too late! I had one of their subscribers blew a stop sign and hit me with the side of its car while it was rolling through the turn on two wheels and they somehow determined that it was "my fault". This is the kind of "adjusting" that causes the problems with our insurance system. People waste in time and money on obvious cause and effect.

GEICO you need to fix your AI phone service! I was on the phone trying to connect with someone for almost 3 hrs dialing many numbers. Getting hung up on by the machine not even offering access to speak to a real person when my issue needed a human to resolve it. Same situation with the Geico App it didnt have the option to do it "online". We, as costumers, need to speak to a real person to get our inconveniences fixed fast and accurate.
