This company is awful. Someone backed into my boyfriend who was driving my car at the time. Geico was the other party’s insurance. The officer at the scene told my boyfriend to give his insurance so we did. Come to find out the other party is filing a claim against my boyfriend’s mom and her car even though he had my license plate number. I call Geico to have it fixed a month later when we heard about this and the lady told me the case was closed and refused my info. I argued with her for about 10 minutes. So Geico is the worst I’ve ever worked with when there driver hit me and then left the seen and I called insurance filed a report and working with a detective but there driver is lying about everything after a hit and run and never contacted anyone his self and now hiding from police they still say it’s a he said he said case! Wow I have pictures and evidence and they won’t take responsibility! Stay away from them!!
