They don’t answer the phone. Good thing I wasn’t reporting an accident
Very quick response and great customer service
GEICO is the worst insurance company I have ever worked with. I filed one claim and the insurance adjuster can’t even get it right. He has messed everything up and it’s been over 2 months now with no word from him or his supervisor. They don’t respond to voicemails or emails. I will be leaving GEICO as soon as I get this claim handled. I’ve had enough of their terrible customer service.
Expensive monthly premiums. Eventhough, I paid my monthly bill on time and in full, they cancelled my policy without communication.
