I sold my vehicles yesterday and called Geico this morning (Feb 5) to cancel my policy. The representative was very professional and confirmed that the cancellation has been processed successfully. Excellent and efficient service. I'm very satisfied with how they handled everything. 5 stars!"
It's the worst of the worst. An Asian man hit my car while it was in a parking lot. I contacted them, gave them all the necessary evidence, and it turns out they didn't pay me simply because they didn't want to. I urge everyone who reads this message to never, ever buy this insurance. It's the worst, from customer service to every other aspect.

I asked at the beginning of the call whether you offer insurance for Lyft drivers. After about 15 minutes, he told that Geico does not accept Lyft drivers and that I should call back after six months. The call ended abruptly, which made the experience disappointing.
