Terrible experience. This agency has the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. They are only helpful when it comes to signing you up for insurance, but once you’re on board, they completely disappear. They refuse to assist with anything and just tell you to call Geico instead. Absolutely useless — they do not care about their clients at all. Stay far away from this place.
