Geico stored my credit card information without my authorization and charged $950.00 on two transactions for another member using my card to pay their insurance premium and refused to help me. on feb. 6th we met with Cameron, i had already spoke with him before on the phone, he was very helpful and i felt comfortable talking to him, he answered all my questions. when we met him today he went thru all my questions again with us, i feel he went out of his way to help me understand everything. my husband felt comfortable so we even put his motorcycle with geico.
