Completely misinformed me of information and refused to correct it. Didn’t want to extend my policy because I got a new job and my pay dates changed and I couldn’t pay the current month literally six days difference. I was told that I could just pay to restart the policy, but they didn’t tell me that I had to pay the current month and more for a whole other month.
