Geico is the absolute WORST insurance company EVER!!!! They took it upon themselves to decide to accept fault after some old man swiped the back of my vehicle because he thought he could make it around me!!!!! The car was damaged ALL over the place and the man said this was his 3rd ACCIDENT in a MONTH but because HE demanded money Geico accepted responsibility NOT ME!!!! I will be sure to NEVER use geico & spread the word advising everyone of the same, just because my hour of relaxation I get a day is filled with their STUPID ANNOYING REPETITIVE NOISE COMMERCIALS!! Who the F* wants to hear clogging, jabbing, fencing, or horns OVER & OVER?!?!? And the commercials aren't even funny... all I learned is its ok to disrespect your neighbors & my mute/power button works

small scrape in parking lot and raised my rates by $280 per month. I had been with Geico for 13 years. cancelled the policy they were trying to charge me $430 per month for and got another insurance company with same coverage for $120 per month. Bite me Geico

Raised my rates multiple times and said it had nothing to do with me. They make it a hassle to get a cracked windshield replaced and send someone out to inspect it they take sneaky pictures of all sides and the inside of the vehicle. I really don't care about that but why be sneaky. They also charged me way to much for my secondary recreational vehicle that I might put 2000 miles a year on. Just received a few quotes and i will be saving 200 a month now. Also are fighting me on reimbursement of my unused police.
After a Geico insured driver hit me, they expect me to take unpaid time off work and drive to one of their contracted shops to get an estimate. And won’t reimburse me for the lost wages for taking time off work. So I have to loose money to get an estimate from their shop? When they admit it’s their responsibility???
because they deliberately drag their feet, refuse to transfer to a supervisor. I will never use geico or recommend them. their driver was negligent in running a stop sign, admitted fault, was cited by the police. signed off within 4 hours to discover we would not have our vehicle for 3 weeks be unable to work because we need our vehicle to work and dragged their feet on payments arguing zero pay for over a month. they do not care about anything other than money.
