WE were in local office and ended up switching to Geico. I am not a big fan of doing insurance online. the agent a young man really was able to go over our insurance and were able to move up our coverages while savings over $700 this year. I already had a claim and geico was great. fast and rates did not go up. My vote is two thumbs up to Geico for opening local office.
I've been a Geico client for nearly 30 years and have had nothing but great service. Even through two accidents over the years.
One of the best agency I have been to. Provided high quality service and helped me with any questions I had. Every other agency I had got quotes from ask unrelated question and gave me huge premiums, but not Gieco. I highly recommend.

The biggest thing I like about Geico is that I can push back my auto payments if one month I am cutting it close with money. I love the automatic payments because I don't have to worry about it. But things do come up. Thinking of people, not just profits...
Right by the Beltway, easy to get to. Young Agents, but very good and pleasant. long time auto policy holder. went to make payment and left with new homeowners policy. I called last month the main 800 number and they said they could not insure my home since it was worth over 400k?? At the office they asked me and I told them what happened. they were surprised. any way I now have home owners with Geico, feel better having local office to go to. Called this business trying to get car insurance quote for my 75 year old mother. Now take into consideration that I have full power of attorney since she being an elderly women but yet is in good health except for her hearing,anyway I was told by the woman that answered the phone that she would not give me any quote because she has to speak to my mom direct.
