WE were in local office and ended up switching to Geico. I am not a big fan of doing insurance online. the agent a young man really was able to go over our insurance and were able to move up our coverages while savings over $700 this year. I already had a claim and geico was great. fast and rates did not go up. My vote is two thumbs up to Geico for opening local office.
The biggest thing I like about Geico is that I can push back my auto payments if one month I am cutting it close with money. I love the automatic payments because I don't have to worry about it. But things do come up. Thinking of people, not just profits...
Right by the Beltway, easy to get to. Young Agents, but very good and pleasant. long time auto policy holder. went to make payment and left with new homeowners policy. I called last month the main 800 number and they said they could not insure my home since it was worth over 400k?? We have been with Geico for about 5 years and love it. I have searched other companies but the quotes are never close to what we pay Geico. One of the reasons why we went with Geico is because we are a military family. I always get great customer service anytime I have to call them. Geico isn't just great because its by far the cheapest policy out there for my needs, but the website and app are so easy to use, we started at the Baltimore office, good to have a live agent. You can easily update information with no confusion on app. I was able to update cars and addresses with ease. I switched auto insurances because my pervious insurance was like a house payment, and not only are the prices reasonable their customer services is outstanding.I had a couple of problems when switching insurance and Geico's customer service team was eager and quick with helping me.
