If you are looking for a place to have your money stolen look no further. The office manager (Amy Hudson) was the one who stole my money. I come to find out she then got fired, probably for that reason. I gave her cash and she told me that she would get a money order. Well that never happened. My policy was cancelled and I had no idea. The girls in the world office were very nice and they ended up resolving it because the owner had to cover the loss. Very excellent service here. All of the ladies in the office are very friendly and professional. I am a long time customer and have had nothing but great experiences with this office. I would highly recommend GEICO and this office to my friends and family. We have saved so much money and appreciate all the hard work these ladies do to make my experience wonderful.
First of all the time they have online in not correct . They open at 9:00am not 8:30 am . Then the lady's all showed up late.. And the First Lady that made it had a Starbucks coffee so if she had time to stop she should have made it to work on time ... Then they were very rude !!'n and I ended up getting done what I need to get done through customer service..
