hands down the worst insurance company i've ever switch to. I went from AAA to Geico for 2 cars and wasn't saving any more money than I was with AAA.. only swtiched because Geico begged me. After being with them for 6 months I got a new debit card and didn't realize my auto payment didn't go through. I was 4 days late and was told I needed to pay over $1800 just to keep my auto policy and just flat out canceled me. No email, no call, no text, no letter, ZERO communication.
