Very bad and dishonors service!!! They increase premium every 6 months by 20%. Last week I called GEICO seeking possibility to lower the renewal premium. An agent, Johan, said noway to lower unless you increase the deductible. He somehow did it and changed the remaining month of coverage which is paid and done-deal. I would steer clear of this company, one of their insured slammed into the rear of my vehicle, totaling it, I live paycheck to paycheck, no rental car offered or given, 3+ week and counting on receiving compensation for vehicle, I lost my job, over not being able to get to work, savings is depleted, and when I raise my voice on the phone, their claims people act like they all have some sort of entitlement issue, they restricts them from dealing with unhappy people, their insured is driving around dealing drugs in a rental ca... read more

I was ripped off, period. The solicited me to return and when i purchased my policy, they under-handedly charhed my credit card the preivously owed balance. I hate corporate greed and may they burn in hell. They even said they would rather give me my money back for the new policy but would never give me the past due amount back, how vindictive. I didnt know billion dollar firms could be so bratty.

If you file a claim and expect GEICO to pay for the damage on your car, you will have a horrible experience dealing with them.
