Switched to GEICO from Allstate and I'm saving 50 dollars a month which is great. However the insurance agent told me she would handle cancelling my old policy. Apparently her and my Allstate agent are friends. Well she did not cancel anything. I'm not sure why she would have lied to me about that but I don't appreciate it.

These people will not pay out on serious personal injury cases. If you get in a car accident and need surgury you will not get the financial help promised by Geico. They will pay for a car, or get it fixed. Surgury that will help you to ealk better again??? They will not help they cut you off and make you fight for the money promised to you.
I look for two things in an insurance company, Great Customer Service and Great Pricing. GEICO is the best for both of these. Kudos to Craig Brown and his team. I love the fact that they have a great local office also so I can stop in in person and talk to someone if I have questions. Both of my adult daughters now have their policies with GEICO Rochester also. If you are not with GEICO now then I highly suggest you give them a call. Kyle Haskins is the best Geico manager at Southtown Plaza. Kyle helped me to get my insurances, auto, home and boat back in order after dealing with the worst insurance company ever-Allstsate. Allstate gave ma a bait and switch lesson I will never forget. After receiving the initial quote from Allstate I have received 7 different premium billings amounting to hundreds of dollars more than Geico. Allstate is still sending me premium notices weeks after I cancelled all my insurances. Definitely not the Good Hands people.
