Update: 8/2026 Love living here in this family fun neighborhood. Everyone is cordial and respectful. What I love is that they are expanding our walking/biking trails to the adjacent neighborhood and we are directly connected to Divine Lake Park. So we don't have to go far to get a really nice long walk or bike ride in. There is also a great sprinkler system and drip system off the sidewalk and around each home. People just need to trun them on more I think. Leander does have a once a week limit though with sprinklers. But we... read more

We purchased a move-in ready home, and our experience was great from start to finish. Amanda helped us not just when looking at the houses but throughout the rest of the closing process. Ryan was great to work with on the construction side, and Humberto was very helpful during one of our visits. We were provided a clear process for getting ready to close, and Amanda and Ryan were very communicative, open to questions, and walked us through everything.
They failed to honor their 3-month and 12-month warranties, leaving numerous repairs incomplete despite our constant follow-up. They will likely push you to close on your home before all issues are resolved and then feign ignorance later. Do not trust any verbal promises; get everything in writing. Unbalanced hvac, and misaligned drywalls are some of the issues we faced, that is never addressed.
Awesome experience. Friendly and professional. Assisted us post sale with lots of questions. Ryan and Andrew have been the best. Crystal was a great help during financing/paperwork.
