I had issues with the microwave as soon as I moved in and after months of back & forth with Electrolux and a lot of frustration, I reached out John the construction manager who promptly contacted several reps through email on my behalf and within days my microwave was replaced. John went above and beyond to ensure that this was taken care of, even offering to come and install the microwave himself upon delivery if I ran into any issues. Excellent, excellent communication and customer service!
Brightland leaves trash in the yards in the community. Tired of calling their office. Don’t move to Oaks at San Gabriel, your yard will have wrappers, paper, insulation, metal scraps, beer cans, water bottles and debris constantly. My mower and the environment hates them. Purchased a home in 2023in Brooklands Hutto Community, where we closed the purchase and moved into the house and everything happened in just 2 weeks and everything was smooth. But to fix reported issues under 1 year warranty things were crazy. Its been almost half a year and I am still following up on the things to be fixed.
