Seen promptly and the entire staff was professional and friendly. Dr. Pinto was delightful to talk with and discuss my diagnosis and treatment options for my atrial fibrillation. I am wearing my heart monitor and will return in 5 weeks. Only issue was the delay in my appointment date which was over 4 weeks from the date I called the office.
The staff and Dr. Pinto were great.
Dr Pinto was on time. She was to the point, no nonsense. She did not ask any questions about my medical history, did not ask me about ME. She was very direct about my symptoms only. The appointment was very cut and dry. The appointment felt very rushed. Would I refer family or friends to Dr Pinto? Probably not. I worked for physicians for over 30 yrs, she definitely needs a better bed side manner. Does she need to cuddle her pts?
