My daughter was sent back untreated from urgent care in Cary this evening after having waited for over an hour, because this lady wanted to make sure the knee injury my daughter presented “appears” to be work related. Which doctor denies care based on a hunch and sends a patient back home untreated ? Why does Duke tolerate such deviations from formally accepted health practices ? Please fire Geeta S. Ramchandani. Very bad doctor I have never had a doctor this bad at urgent care. She made it very obvious she didn't know what she was doing and the first she walked on I had a bad gut feeling and I am not surprised she is a 1.5 star doctor
She laughed at me. I went to urgent care on a Sunday having accidentally run out of a medication that I was prescribed for both chronic pain and major depressive disorder. I was very emotional and weepy, I felt awful, nearly suicidal, and I didn't know why. When I arrived, she introduced herself and checked my reflexes, asked me a couple of questions, and then requested that I do what I now presume was a basic neurological exam but at the time seemed like some sort of roadside sobriety test. Awful. This woman could not remove a splinter from my foot. It was old pressure treated lumber with arsenic in it and she missed a 1 INCH piece. Emergency surgery at another facility to save my foot and life. Septic shock. Long recovery. She did not listen or communicate. If this woman is your doctor...run
