I was a customer for 2-3 seasons and was treated like a non paying customer. And was double charged. When getting several notifications that I had not paid and shown proof of payment there was an excuse of oh I was mixed up with someone same last name. I cut service short last year because I had no grass at all in back yard and felt this was money thrown out the window.
