I have a family doctor here and he is great! I have also gone threw with the walk in clinic too and the wait time was fast, I was in and out in no time. I would say the only problem is there receptionists, they kind of seem like they have no interest in helping you and not very friendly at all. The receptionists do not respond back to emails or answer phone calls at the clinic. At this clinic they never seem to know how to use there Fax machine (lack of understanding on how to use it I guess), they never seem to fax anything... read more

Dr. SIDHU Is amazing. Explains everything very clearly, he listens and works with you to resolve your issue/s. So happy we have the Clinic with a knowledgeable Doctor.
Why doesn't anyone pick up the phone and return calls when left with voice messages? After years of waiting, I was so happy to finally receive a referral letter by Heath Care Connect to a family doctor. I had to contact the doctor to arrange for an appointment but how can I do that when after a week of phone calls that aren't being picked up & no return calls after leaving phone messages?!?! Now I have to re-register for a family doctor & wait for another years again. I shall let Ontario Health Care Connect NOT to refer anyo... read more
