Unprofessional - manners cost nothing. I called the main number and received a voicemail message. A few minutes later I received a text from a mobile saying "who is this". I called on the mobile. After a few minutes explaining the problem with my roof the phone got disconnected. No one called me back. No one picked up the phone when I call again.
