We had Jess Templeton come and give us a appraisal we were happy with her to start of with but after signing the contract she started to be more interested in what the buyer wanted than us and kept pushing for a $180k less than the appraisal very unhappy parted ways with her before it sold. Nicole We have asked her twice since we ended our working relationship to stop contacting us and leave us alone and hit the unsubscribe on there emails but she will not stop contacting us.
