Suzuki is 6 months old and needed a code for the stereo. I was charged $200 for someone to put a code in the car literally went in for 10 mins.
Great help from the staff at Geelong Haval! When they sold us the car ….. Have an engine failure and safety issues only 2 years later and you will receive zero help at all and nothing but lies and dismissive to all concerns. They will act empathetic, but not care at all. Haval H6 GT 2023 with complete engine failure, not one safety warning light came on. Not the only consumer with same issue. Avoid at all costs.
Fantastic service from start to finish. Courtesy car ride home aswell as picked up and returned to the service centre. Staff were very helpful and polite and the driver was great.
Bloods/Smiths have fully serviced my 2016 Holden Calais for the last nine years. I have found the dealership very professional in managing services on my vehicle. Interactions with staff have always been positive and I am happy to continue this relationship. I had an injector issue which was solved through a goodwill gesture.
