Incredibly poor customer service rectifying poor workmanship by one of their contractors.
I've read all the reviews, good and not so good!. I must say that i only experienced good service from David and good workmanhip from Jake in laying the actual carpet. Jake was on time, and worked into the late afternoon without rushing to get the job done. The quality of his work was 100%. He cleaned up afterwards which made him even later to get home to his family.
Poped in Carpet court Geelong and thet were so good and helpful. Absolutely excellent service
