I cannot speak highly enough of the compassionate, caring, and professional vet care provided by John. He was very responsive and helpful in a time of need. We felt confident in the treatment he provided to our pet, and trusted his guidance upon discharge. Would highly recommend this wonderful clinic to anyone.
Everyone there was kind and compassionate during a very stressful and traumatic experience for us and our cat. Unfortunately she didn’t improve and we brought her in to be put asleep. The staff including John & Fiona? (Apologies bad with names) were amazing kind and caring. There were other staff that treated us very well for which I can’t remember their names. Thank you!
Unfortunately I had to take my pet in recently. Staff are friendly, I won't fault that and I do understand they are under the pump there. However I was forgotten about after I had already had consultation with vet, and was awaiting blood test results just to confirm meds. Over an hour later I asked about it and promotly got given the meds. The instructions sticker for one of them is stuck on the bottle in an odd ,folded way, not on the box, which makes it difficult to read. My pet keeps licking her abscess.
