Not sure why under services they state tablet repair, then I call and there's no tablet repair? Super confused but this. Glad I called before wasting my time taking it in.
It's about time I found great computer repair. I tried Best Buy's Geeks Squad and really had a bad experience. They treated me like cattle. No personal service and when I picked my computer up 2 weeks after dropping it off (Yes it took them 2 weeks), it still did not work. I called around and decided to give Geeks to Go a try. A friend had recommended them. Good thing! The man that helped me was much better than the people at Best Buy. He found 6 viruses on my computer that were slowing it down. I love local. This is a local shop with knowledgeable technicians who know their tech. They do seem to be fairly specialized and mostly do things like virus removal, printer installs and fix internet connection problems. Which means they’re really good at it. Also, they do free pickup and drop off at your home. Like Grubhub for computers. Lol. That service saved me 4 trips to and from their store. Their work (removed 12 viruses off my laptop) was flawless and were available for follow up questions. My computer works great no... read more
