Clyde with Geeks or Us has bailed me out on three separate occasions with various PC problems. On two of the three occasions he did not even charge me for his work. I found Clyde to be very knowledgeable, professional, and quite easy to communicate with. On two of my repair jobs, he was able to diagnose and correct the problem virtually without needing to physically come to my location. I would recommend him extremely highly if you have Windows or Mac issues!
Clyde was great talking to us over the phone! Our printer is working now so far and he saved us a house call. Will contact him again when we have issues!
I called Geeks or Us about a laptop where the screen was not working. The owner, Clyde, a list of steps to take to identify the problem. Using the steps he provided, a solution was found. I called Geeks or Us and offered to pay for the advice given, but Clyde said it wasn't necessary, he was happy to help. I would differently recommend Geeks or Us and will use their services for computer repair in the future.
