I called Geeks or Us about a laptop where the screen was not working. The owner, Clyde, a list of steps to take to identify the problem. Using the steps he provided, a solution was found. I called Geeks or Us and offered to pay for the advice given, but Clyde said it wasn't necessary, he was happy to help. I would differently recommend Geeks or Us and will use their services for computer repair in the future.
I thought I would need a new computer and called Geeks or us to set up an appointment for Monday and he gave me homework and said it could be trying to update. I did what he said and my computer came alive again. He helped me out so much. I will definitely use this company for any future problems with my computer. Thank you do much!!!!
I called with a few questions about some older laptops I found in my office. I had no passwords and wanted the information backed up and computers reset. After a short conversation I was told I would be better off getting new computers. They could've easily taken my money and laughed all the way to the bank. Honesty and integrity was used by Geeks or Us. If I have any other need for computer assistance, I'm definitely giving them my business!
So helpful!! Was able to diagnose liver the phone and give me a quote to have my laptop fixed. After looking into the price of the parts, he recommended that I go ahead and buy a new laptop rather than have this one fixed. He went above and beyond by sending me some possibilities of some new laptops from Micro center that might be a good option for me. I would highly recommend!
They took the time to explain how to address my problem and where very nice. I would recommend them for your issues.
