I called with a few questions about some older laptops I found in my office. I had no passwords and wanted the information backed up and computers reset. After a short conversation I was told I would be better off getting new computers. They could've easily taken my money and laughed all the way to the bank. Honesty and integrity was used by Geeks or Us. If I have any other need for computer assistance, I'm definitely giving them my business!

So helpful!! Was able to diagnose liver the phone and give me a quote to have my laptop fixed. After looking into the price of the parts, he recommended that I go ahead and buy a new laptop rather than have this one fixed. He went above and beyond by sending me some possibilities of some new laptops from Micro center that might be a good option for me. I would highly recommend!

I was so impressed with the knowledge and speed they were able to get my computer up and running. I called and in less than 4 minutes I was able to open my computer. He knew exactly what was wrong and the solution. I will always take my computer problems to Geeks or us Inc.
