The field tech did a great job in setting up my systems. Since then, however, I have been billed every month for service I did not request. I have called to cancel, but no result.
The service team was polite and professional.
AS always, tech was knowledgeable about problem and dilegently worked to return my computor to a safe state of operation. i count on you people for help as i am 80 years old and you always come thru for me.
Jordan W. and Guillermo helped me get my google screen back the way it was originally. (Somehow, the screen was changed - possibly an update). I'm not terribly computer literate and frequently need assistance with my computer. (Unfortunately no grandsons locally to help me out.) I don't like changes and the techs at Geeks on Site have been helping me stay on track for several years. This old gal highly recommends their service.
