AS always, tech was knowledgeable about problem and dilegently worked to return my computor to a safe state of operation. i count on you people for help as i am 80 years old and you always come thru for me.
Jordan W. and Guillermo helped me get my google screen back the way it was originally. (Somehow, the screen was changed - possibly an update). I'm not terribly computer literate and frequently need assistance with my computer. (Unfortunately no grandsons locally to help me out.) I don't like changes and the techs at Geeks on Site have been helping me stay on track for several years. This old gal highly recommends their service.
Today turned out to be a success due to the excellent and persistence of service from the Geeks On Site team. My computer on which I rely heavily for all financial and scheduling functionality simply decided to stop working properly grinding along at a pace that makes a turtle appear to be a Kentucky Derby champion.
