How are you 24 hrs but takes 2 days for a tech. False advertisement at its finest
This company is trash. Live chat is so vague. They fix laptops but not wifi cards???. Meaning they only help with things that can be done to the system, not physically? That should be clearly stated.
They rescheduled on me 3 times, and still couldn't come at a reasonable time. Awful service, do not use them.
Just FYI, these guys are a booking agency. They are not local. Then they cancel at last minute. Dont bother to hire them. To flaky for me.
