Geeks staff has always been very helpful over the years I've had their support. This includes sending out reps a few times to work on my computer. They used to call every month to see if I needed anything, now they leave it up to me, which I appreciate. The only concern I really have is they seem to want to "upsell" me on new software or a new computer. I really don't need either. They are ok with me when I decline anything though.
