Pretty good but will talk you into a subscription you'll hardly even use, if at all.
We have always had a positive experience with Geeks On Site, and with all of their representatives, whether online or in person.
The service man, Max, came promptly, was very professional and explained his actions. I would recommend this repair service and would use them again, but hope it isn't necessary.
