We have had Geeks Core solutions for about 4 years now during this time we have paid, $4,300.00. Every time we have an issue and call them, they sell us another add on plan. I know I am a n IDIOT for allowing this to continue but my wife get so concerned after listen to the BS from them. I wish I could get a refund of some value and go elsewhere.
I would like to send a quick note to Amy who represents Geeks Core. While no one wants to hear they have been hacked. Sometimes s@#$ happens. She explained in a clear concise way exactly what was happening and the risks we were facing and quickly diagnosed what to do, and explained that as well. Of course I knew the 'elephant' in the conversation was..."what is this going to cost?". I was able to negotiate with her and this too was not painful as we were able to agree on a price that was suitable with Geeks Core and us here.... read more
