I was having trouble setting up both my new phone and laptop, and they made the whole process incredibly easy. They took the time to make sure everything was working correctly and even fixed a couple of issues I didn't know about. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable!
Technician: Drake Drake was super awesome i was late to answering the door and he waited a whole hour for me. That is amazing service already. Came in understood the hardware and identified what could be wrong. Drake is well knowledgeable in computer science. Other companies will charge you arm and leg just to test your hardware to then turn around charge you another arm and leg. Thanks Drake! Highly recommend this technician to all users. Nothing but good things to say! Amazing Service!
This review is for Hunter, the thorough nicr young tech that fixed my computer. He checked everything after bringing it back to life. He cleaned up my set up, got rid of any bad stuff and checked everything. He was patient and kind as I am a senior and did not want anything extra, just what I used/needed on a regular basis. He talked to me and asked questions for my needs. Thank you, Hunter, for everything. One very happy customer.
Tech Kevin came to fix and reconnect my ailing printer. He was so knowledgeable and professional and fixed that printer in no time at all! Some would say a moment of paranoia others may say making sure things are safe one might say shady another could say precaution. All I know is I respect the guys like the ones that came and diagnosed my grandmothers computer for any type of malicious intent!
