The person who came to my house to fix my computer and set up my printer only did half the job. He updated my computer but never set up the printer the correct way to work with the computer so I can fax what I really needed to do. He charged me $178. The owner said I was supposed to tell him I needed to be told & showed how to fax. "No common sense" I absolutely stated that when i called 4 the service. When I first brought in my damaged Samsung S24 Ultra, right off the bat they asked me if I had a warranty or needed the phone same-day, and if so, advised me to go to a shop down the street that was more likely to be registered with warranty services and might have these specific parts on hand. That's integrity. I liked what I was hearing, so I remained with them. They walked me through several price tiers of replacement parts, from refurbished parts to factory new.
