I really had low expectations whe I came in with my daughters phone that had been water damaged and hadn”t powered on for many days. I am so delighted to come into the store and find that the phone now turns on and we will be able to recover her data! Highly recommend!
Collin and the guys did a great job like always
First, they had my item for 4 days and told me they did a total of 5 minutes of work on it. I was told I would recieve a call before anything was done to ok the price and work done but instead i was called and told it was already done. They charge $80 an hour and the item still doesnt work. If they had called me like they said they would, i would have declined service because the item will need to be replaced anyway. So now i have an item that doesn't work, down $80, and still need to buy a new item. Staff acted nice and hel... read more
