First, they had my item for 4 days and told me they did a total of 5 minutes of work on it. I was told I would recieve a call before anything was done to ok the price and work done but instead i was called and told it was already done. They charge $80 an hour and the item still doesnt work. If they had called me like they said they would, i would have declined service because the item will need to be replaced anyway. Geekmatics did an awesome job of bringing my 5 year iMac back to life. I had been suffering through very, very, slow performance for several years. We had tried the "Genius" bar at the Apple store, which was a waste of time and money. We were very close spending a lot of money on a new iMac, when I thought to try Geekmatics. Wow! The computer is now running like brand new. They ran diagnostics, found no real issues or virus's, and recommended replacement of the hard drive. I really had low expectations whe I came in with my daughters phone that had been water damaged and hadn”t powered on for many days. I am so delighted to come into the store and find that the phone now turns on and we will be able to recover her data! Highly recommend!
never do i leave reviews but this is definitely a time that i would, i had to get an hdmi port replacement for my xbox i had called prior to get an estimate i was told 140 then i came in was told again 140 the day comes they call me telling me 190!!!??? im not paying that told them they had said 140 so they took it down to 149 whatever, then my boyfriend had gone to pick it up and they tried to charge him 190, definitely diddnt let that happen, THEY ARE SCAMMING YOU OUT OF UR MONEY!!!
Geekmatics came to my mom’s house on a Sunday and fixed her computer issue in less than an hour! Geek Squad (boo) said they couldn’t help her. Geekmatics to the rescue!! Highly recommended.
