10/10 I would recommend this company and Colin! I had an issue with two of my iPhones that seemed hopeless to resolve and I did not look forward to waiting in long lines at any Apple Store, with probably little to no help. I figured I’d try Geekmatics first and was beyond happy I did! Colin was able to figure out the problem quickly and come with a solution all the day same and help fix my phones and issues. Also very affordable. Thank you so much!
These guys are amazing. The first time I brought my computer into them I was sure that I was going to need a new unit but in just a few short hours I got the call to come pickup my repaired computer. AND it was under 100$. Well today SUNDAY I brought in my dead computer and Colin came to the rescue, it was repaired in a short time for a reasonable cost. This place is honest with you they have integrity and very professional I would highly recommend 100% ..
I was really afraid of being conned out of money for repairs, and I am extremely relieved I found this place. I brought my custom PC in after a crash I didn’t have the time/energy/knowledge to diagnose and fix. Colin was extremely patient and reassuring, and David was very professional, he was able to fix my PC in a couple days. The price was very reasonable too. I won’t be taking my computer anywhere else in the future! Highly recommend
It is a blessing to share this review for Andrew. He certainly went above and beyond to find me a new monitor. Previously, I contacted at least 15 companies/television repair/arcade repair centers and their responses were that they don't do that kind of repair, or they don't know anything about arcade monitor. Andrew staff informed me that they would remain opened after normal closing since I was traveling from Springhill. I was visiting from out of town, and Geekmatics was able to quickly fix my main computer issue even though I had to leave to return home in two days. They are kind and have a lot of integrity--when I ran into some additional issues related to the repair, they quickly helped me resolve the issues remotely. They were really professional and clearly care--they make me happy to support small businesses.
