The person who came to my house to fix my computer and set up my printer only did half the job. He updated my computer but never set up the printer the correct way to work with the computer so I can fax what I really needed to do. He charged me $178. The owner said I was supposed to tell him I needed to be told & showed how to fax. "No common sense" I absolutely stated that when i called 4 the service. I was in town for a few days and I couldn't turn on my cell phone. Geekmatics were able to diagnose the problem (a broken fingerprint flex cable in the phone), managed to glue the broken flex cable since they did not have the part in stock and to get the phone on. Although the glue only held the flex cable for one day, Geekmatics were honest and helpful in trying to find an easy way for me to stay connected until I get home.

These guys are amazing. The first time I brought my computer into them I was sure that I was going to need a new unit but in just a few short hours I got the call to come pickup my repaired computer. AND it was under 100$. Well today SUNDAY I brought in my dead computer and Colin came to the rescue, it was repaired in a short time for a reasonable cost. This place is honest with you they have integrity and very professional I would highly recommend 100% ..

When I first brought in my damaged Samsung S24 Ultra, right off the bat they asked me if I had a warranty or needed the phone same-day, and if so, advised me to go to a shop down the street that was more likely to be registered with warranty services and might have these specific parts on hand. I was visiting from out of town, and Geekmatics was able to quickly fix my main computer issue even though I had to leave to return home in two days. They are kind and have a lot of integrity--when I ran into some additional issues related to the repair, they quickly helped me resolve the issues remotely. They were really professional and clearly care--they make me happy to support small businesses.
