I got the pleasure of seeing Meghan R. who was so lovely, I have experienced struggles of finding a therapist in the past but it was an easy fit here. Jillian was extremely helpful and hospitable throughout the entire process of receiving services. I unfortunately had to discontinue services due to moving states, but if I could have a Meghan and Jillian here I would in a heartbeat!
Horrible billing department. They told me they were in network but all claims were filed out of network. They told me it's a glitch in their system and that they will fix it only to later tell me that it can't be fixed and I was left paying a lot more than I expected. After more than 6 months of reaching out to them, they now tell me they can't do anything and that they are out of network.
Terrible billing department. They can't process claims under the correct provider then insurance denies the claim and they charge your card for the full amount without any communication. It took over a year for them to bill correctly.
My kids see Lindsey Grove here and she is fantastic! I can not say enough good things about her! She connects with my kids on things that are important to them in a meaningful manner. My 14 year old used to dread going to therapy and thought it was a waste of time. Now, with Lindsey, he can't wait to go. She makes it fun and she uses things the kids can easily relate to for teaching skills.
