Great service! Professionals and very helpful
Justin knows his stuff and is very helpful. I thought they communicated well while I was waiting for the repair and Justin explained everything well. Unlike many places, I did not feel scammed.
I’m looking for a Geek Squad location that would be able to help me fix broken wingtips of the Beats Pro earbuds. I called this location and Jose was super helpful in answering my questions and pointing to the appropriate location to schedule an appointment. I’m deducting a star because the BestBuy phone bot that takes your call initially is absolute trash, even by phone bot standards.
Had a great experience with Geek Squad—they helped me fix a minor issue with my laptop during my appointment time, and it was all handled quickly and professionally. It wasn’t something I could figure out on my own, so I really appreciated their knowledge and efficiency. Highly recommend for tech support you can trust.
