Total waste of time, more paperwork than actual work.
What a waste of time. I brought my laptop that I had purchased from Best Buy, for a repair (spilled coffee on it). Geek Squad refused to do any diagnostics (open it or even try to turn in on), offered to ship it for repair somewhere. I’m very disappointed. Geek Squad is only good for screen replacement for a popular phone models. That’s it.
