Absolutely terrible. Have been trying to resolve an issue with a refrigerator that is barely a year old and I've had a technician come twice with the wrong parts ordered, appointments cancelled, no follow up, and trying to get a competent representative on the phone is next to impossible. NEVER AGAIN!

They need to get it together there. Get offered a service and then when you arrive for said service they don’t have the tools to do anything and can’t help you. What a waste of time here

The amount of time it takes to get someone to help could be hours. When you finally get someone on the phone they don't know what they are doing or they bounce you around from one person who is clueless to another. I paid 275 for this service and it is a joke. Don't get sucked in. Also, if you go to the store, they will only let you talk to them for help with one item!!!! I wasted an entire day for help with a photo. I finally asked my daughter, who is not a geek or computer expert and she fixed it immediately
