You try to make it hem aware of people sending fake emails but it is work unjust trying to talk to someone
Absolutely terrible. Have been trying to resolve an issue with a refrigerator that is barely a year old and I've had a technician come twice with the wrong parts ordered, appointments cancelled, no follow up, and trying to get a competent representative on the phone is next to impossible. NEVER AGAIN!
Soooo Bad!!! Twice and still not right…
They need to get it together there. Get offered a service and then when you arrive for said service they don’t have the tools to do anything and can’t help you. What a waste of time here
