We should have known... When we came in.. An older couple was yelling "dont do it, dont use the geek squad or buy their useless total membership!", but we purchased the Lenovo computer there, and we were told that they would be able to fix the wide spread b1 initialize libray failed error, that appears to be rampant on that brand.
