I had a terrible experience recently at Best Buy Geek Squad. I bought my washing machine at Best Buy back in 2023. Recently, the main control board was not working properly, and a technician came out and was unable to run a diagnostic test and could not figure what the issue was with my washer. I had to pay $124 for that appointment. Then, the technician said I had to pay $330 for him to order the part. The customer service is absolutely infuriating! They could not differentiate between a billing address and a service address. And then decided they had incorrectly billed my advance payment for the service call by .26¢ and wanted to run the charge again. I canceled the call altogether and demanded a refund after 30 minutes on the phone with them.
