Their Geek Squad is not equipped to fix older iphones like the Iphone 12 in 2026. Took almost two hours to tell me they couldn’t even connect my phone to their system to be able to send it to apple to get fixed. I then went across Atlanta to Lenox Apple & they fully replaced my iphone screen in an hour.
When setting up my appointment for a new phone battery, the website asked what phone I had and I entered it. When I got to the store, I had to wait for about 30 minutes past my appointment time. The attendant told me that the store does not carry batteries for my phone typically so my appointment’s purpose would be to set another appointment to get my phone battery installed. Ridiculously inefficient.
I only went there to beat them up for their lunch money and give them a wedgie.
It has been three weeks. The tech has come back three times in my refrigerator still isn’t fixed. They ordered the wrong part and never available. Respond to a phone call.
