When setting up my appointment for a new phone battery, the website asked what phone I had and I entered it. When I got to the store, I had to wait for about 30 minutes past my appointment time. The attendant told me that the store does not carry batteries for my phone typically so my appointment’s purpose would be to set another appointment to get my phone battery installed. Ridiculously inefficient.
I only went there to beat them up for their lunch money and give them a wedgie.
It has been three weeks. The tech has come back three times in my refrigerator still isn’t fixed. They ordered the wrong part and never available. Respond to a phone call.
The lady that helped me was amazing she had on a beautiful watch and had a beautiful personality, she made my day. You can tell she has a passion for computers and teaching people how to use them. Thank you for great customer service
