I am scheduled for a home installation today between 10 and 2. It is now 2:44 and I have been trying to get to a live person at the store/ and at Geek Squad for the past 30 minutes. I've been watching the location of the truck since 12:30. It has been at the store for the past 45 minutes. No one has contacted me to update the status. I can't reach a live person. Excellent service for the clueless
Made an appointment to have my laptop looked at, just to be told they only fix Apple products that have Apple care. They should consider adding this to their site when making the appointment so customer are aware to plan accordingly. Drove 45 Mins just to be turned away.
They have been GREAT until my last visit. They really messed up my PC by deleting my files. This was their ONLY mistake, the tech did not follow my written instructions after we discussed it.! They admitted their error and sent my hard drive off to recovery which could take 3-4 weeks. I’m very, very disappointed. I will admit that this error is NOT typical of the GEEK SQUAD.
Absolutely AWFUL!!! Please do not come here unless you want to waste your precious, God-given time. They do not honor appointments, they overbook the schedule, terrible customer service, terrible communication, no professionalism at the Geek Squad counter or in the store. The entire store is filled with people who half care about everything they’re doing. Seriously, they need to close this.
