I visited the Potomac Mills outfit today to have my new car dashboard head unit installed. I was told that he can not install the brand I bought. So I left empty handed Is it a Geek Squad policy to refuse to install certain brands? Moreover, is it a company wide policy? I visited a couple of other installers in the area. Honestly so disappointed so unprofessional I’ve had my appointment scheduled they didn’t have time, ended up going again early to be told there’s no battery’s in inventory you’ll think they’ll give you a heads up after having an appointment scheduled.
I had a 1995 Celica with a broken radio due to a battery charge surge. I spent a week contacting dealers and car repair persons and no one was familiar with this car.
