I had a 1995 Celica with a broken radio due to a battery charge surge. I spent a week contacting dealers and car repair persons and no one was familiar with this car. I walked into Best Buy not knowing that I needed an appointment to see someone in the Geek Squad about my laptop camera issue. However, it was my good fortune that Camille was at the counter. She willingly looked at my laptop and within 10 minutes had determined and resolved the problem. She was pleasant, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Had car radio issue and they took me in last min and was able to fix the issue. Very reliable
Had an auto installation appointment moved by Geek Squad last minute to fit their schedule only to show up and see that the store is closed. I tried the main entrance and calling both the store and the customer service line but got no help. After they open I go in to find out there is a side entrance marked "FIRE EXIT" with a geek squad sign with NO hours posted that you're supposed to use.
