I visited the Potomac Mills outfit today to have my new car dashboard head unit installed. I was told that he can not install the brand I bought. Honestly so disappointed so unprofessional I’ve had my appointment scheduled they didn’t have time, ended up going again early to be told there’s no battery’s in inventory you’ll think they’ll give you a heads up after having an appointment scheduled.
I had a 1995 Celica with a broken radio due to a battery charge surge. I spent a week contacting dealers and car repair persons and no one was familiar with this car. Edwin had a 1995 Acura and he knew exactly what to recommend for replacement. Edwin saved me money and spent much time and effort when the initial problem was complex. I walked into Best Buy not knowing that I needed an appointment to see someone in the Geek Squad about my laptop camera issue. However, it was my good fortune that Camille was at the counter. She willingly looked at my laptop and within 10 minutes had determined and resolved the problem. She was pleasant, professional, and extremely knowledgeable.
