Good service. I took one star off for the rude Geek Squad manager in Thousand Oaks, CA.
Do not utilize this service. They don’t actually provide a service. Nothing get’s fixed only more problems arise. Even trying to schedule an appointment is extremely difficult. If I could provide a rating less than one star I would.
Kept telling me the computer was down I had to waste so much gas to come from Camarillo just for them to have my computer for 21 days and nothing was repaired and the service was overall mid guy kept leaving to help other people we waited a hour don’t come here
