Do not use their auto geek squad. They are incompetent. They were supposed to install a dash cam and ended up short circuiting the fuse box. They also drilled through the frame of the car when it was not required!
Understaffed. Even if you bought from Bestbuy and have their service plan they will not answer a question without an appointment and same day appointments are not available.
bought a smart plug from Amazon so Geek Squad couldn't help me.
I needed an ssd upgrade, the guys there where very helpful
Having one worker on a Sunday when there are 7+ customers in line is ridiculous.
