I needed an ssd upgrade, the guys there where very helpful
Having one worker on a Sunday when there are 7+ customers in line is ridiculous.
Poor service, unable to contact employees
The Tallahassee location does not honor appointment times!
Their online customer service is horrible. Tired of talking to a robot instead of just getting some jelp. Their live agents seem AI too, and their app sucks. Just go to amazon
