I went to best buy to fix my phone. My phone wouldn't turn on so they had to order a new mid system from apple in jaxonville. that took 7 days to arrive. Then i made another appointment to finally have the phone fixed. I brought it saturday night and showed up sunday night to get my phone because no one updated me if it was ready or not. I show up and the guy can't find my phone. He comes back after 15 minutes and says my phone is still open and isn't ready yet. I will go to the guy in the mall before I waste my time here again. What’s the point of setting an appointment and have to pick your phone the next day in the evening . The screen is only crack it doesn’t take hours to fix a crack screen insane . When you walk in all they doing is talking ,laughing and joking around . If you ask me they Geeked up
These guys can do nothing right honestly you hire them to install the TV. They find any reason not to install it. You hired them to take a look at your computer. They find any reason to just sell you a new one complete incompetence all around!
Do not use their auto geek squad. They are incompetent. They were supposed to install a dash cam and ended up short circuiting the fuse box. They also drilled through the frame of the car when it was not required!
Understaffed. Even if you bought from Bestbuy and have their service plan they will not answer a question without an appointment and same day appointments are not available.
