Took a computer there. No appointment. We got it in. 99 dollars to look at it. Mother board is bad. We tried many times to return their call. Never got into Rockford il. Drove over there to tell them to use their parts. None in stock. ( this is where it gets strange) I can order the part from Best Buy. Then drive the 38 miles to drop it off. Geek squad can't even manage a simple hard drive upgrade on a 4000 dollar workstation laptop. I asked them to install two m2 hard drives to replace my current m2 drives with larger capacity. I asked them to please verify that the gen5 pci card is in the gen 5 pcie slot on the board. I was returned a laptop with the cards in the incorrect slot. A drive that supposed to read write at 5x 14000 reading at 4x 3000. What a joke. The tried to refuse to fix this until the store manager Joey got involved and fixed the situation. What... read more

Awful!!! Worst customer service ever!! Got sent around the block several times and the issue is still not resolved! I will never shop a Best Buy again and will never use Geek Squad again! Paid all that money for a tv and a protection plan and nothing got fixed‼️
