Absolute worst. 10 min late to even check me in. Then couldn’t tell me that they had a battery in stock without first performing a very incompetent 30 min diagnostic. Skip them. Go directly to Apple Store for any service.
3 AUGUST 2026 DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME. I sat at their counter for about 2 1/2hours. None of my problems got resolved. There was only one worker doing his best to cover multiple jobs; checking people in, checking people out, loading information into new phones & iPads (this seemed to get priority), and trying to fix people’s phone & computer problems. Laptop started going berserk w pop ups, dropped it off w geek squad and 24 hours later back in action! For my laptop and computer issues the geeks come thru!
First time dealing with them, I pray to god I never have to again. I’d rather walk on legos.
The absolute most unhelpful thing ever. Spent 5 hours there for them to tell us there’s nothing they can do and tried sending us to an Apple Store. The guy “Connell” I believe, was so rude to not only me and my partner but his coworkers as well. Extremely disappointed.
