Verify information very informative
We never got to a person. Three hours!!
Beyond horrible. Knew less than I did. Contacted to assist upgrade firmware on my digital camera. I had to show what directions and where the firmware was for the camera. Followed the same directions I had (but didn't work)...but missed steps. Didn't work of course. I had requested to bring the camera into a store to a real person. Technician finally disconnected with me and removed software from my computer that I had to reinstall - thanks for nothing.
