Don’t know how to do their jobs
Extremely disappointed with Geek Squad. I drove 3 hours round trip for an appointment, expecting at least some basic troubleshooting or inspection. Instead, they didn’t even touch my computer. No effort, no suggestions, nothing helpful whatsoever. It felt like they were just going through the motions without any intention of actually diagnosing or fixing the issue. A complete waste of my time and gas. Definitely won’t be coming back.
Don't bother making an appointment, go somewhere else. The techs at Geek Squad don't care whether you have an appointment or not. I showed up and checked in prior to my scheduled appointment to replace my iPhone screen. Waited 1 hour as all the walk-ins ahead of me were served. After an hour, the tech told me the screen was in stock, but that I need to make another appointment in a few days to have it replaced since the walk-ins who dropped off their phones were now ahead of me. he couldn't have told me that before I wasted ... read more
I bought an HP printer from best buy. I have the total access warranty. Apparently you can no longer take printers in for them to repair it. I am having a mechanical issue where the catridges will not move after opening the front cover. It is not a software issue so no way to fix it remotely.You have to have a technician come to you house for $79. The printer is less than a year old. That is ridiculous.
I schedule an appointment for 5:40pm to get my iPhone battery replaced. When I showed up the front desk agent said that the Apple tech already left for the day. If there isn’t a tech available for I should not be able to choose that time slot for a reservation . I wasted time and effort driving through rush hour traffic just to be sent home.
