Talk about a total letdown. We ordered over $12k in appliances and the day they were supposed to deliver, they were not only a no-show, but didn’t even have an explanation as to why. Before that even happened, they sent out a crew to check to see if the gas range would even work and he wasn’t sure. Unprepared and didn’t give us much confidence in them. Awful awful customer service, brought my AirPods that I bought from Best Buy a month prior that already didn’t work to these guys they took both of the pods and left me with the case a month later no word from them still and I finnaly call and they say they have no idea where there at and then hang up on me and my tracking number doesn’t work 0/10 on everything stay away from geek squad and Best Buy both horrible companies gonna tell me to calm down when they can’t even tell me where my shit is. had an appointment for 11:40 and sat and waited for an hour never got served so i just left
honestly its crazy they have so many 1 stars, they wanted to charge me 160 to install an ssd i had already purchased into my computer, thats ridiculous, had it does for free by a friend in less than 10 mins
It is very difficult and next to impossible to get an appointment with Geek Squad using my cell phone. Please return to a live operator for service. Best Buy is a great business. The people who work there are really good. The automatic answering service is pathetic!
