I went to their geek squad and was told to wait for the next available person or i can get an appointment and come back. So I wait. New people come in and she tells them to setup an appointment. I'm thinking I'm next like I was told and I get up and they tell me I have to make an appointment. They should've told me that earlier. I just walked out . I won't be back they need to get their stuff together.
Having some knowledge about computers but little time. I was talked into purchasing a GEEK SQUAD contract. The 1st month I had the contract after sending out 4 different individuals to install a smart switch. It wasn't installed correctly. Fortunately I found someone who knew what they were doing & fixed the problem in a matter of minutes.
Called and set up an appointment the same day. My computer was under warranty. Took 20 minutes to get the problem fixed and at no cost to me. 10000% grateful. Had some wait times that was a bit annoying, but honestly, I was mostly freaking out about my work computer. Staff were friendly, polite, and explained everything really well. Definitely glad I came here.
