Set up an appt online to look at my laptop's battery. I show up with my laptop and explain the situation that I already put down in the appt details. He then says "yeah gonna need to replace the battery". I say "well can you look at it". With some hesitation he looks at it and opens task manager. And then says "yeah could spend $280 for us to uninstall and reinstall drivers". So either replace the battery or spend $280 to do a basic item. My samsung phone locked up and I couldn't access any of my contacts, email, or apps. I took it to Geek Squad, and Tim had it unlocked in just a few minutes. He also did a quick check for any other problems. They have always been helpful to me at this location.
Failure to repair a washer under a policy and warranty and they have the worst customer service. Do not waist your money with unprofessional people
PLEASE, PLEASE!! READ ALL OF THIS!! I have never given one star. If I could I would give NO STARS!! Have been a member of the Best Buy geek squad for a few years. Right in the middle of my membership they changed ALL of their policies. Started charging a fee for coming to your home to help you, with anything. Over a $100. Everything you bought from Best Buy was supposedly guaranteed for 2 years, you brought it back, they replaced it. Now they send it off to Kentucky to be evaluated.
